I’ve told you about my favorite gluten free blogs, but today I want to share my favorite travel blogs. You’ll probably notice that there’s a lot of adventurous ladies in this list (and a couple dudes too.) I haven’t managed to make travel full time a reality (yet) so living vicariously through the other world travelers is the next best thing. Check these out!
This travel site features a collective of female writers and photographers from all over the world. From city breaks to outdoor adventures, this site has something for just about everyone. They post new content quite frequently, and they’ve always got something interesting going on. Great photos, too!
Miriam is a Danish blogger who posts amazing photos and descriptions of the places she visits. She manages to make them all sound incredible, and she’ll give you a serious case of wanderlust. Her two most recent posts have her on the same path I took through Bavaria in 2011, so I’ve been enjoying seeing her take on Munich and Neuschwanstein Castle!
This travel site is run by not-a-couple Randi and Michael, who met on OKCupid but found friendship instead of romance. They are full-time budget travelers now. Their posting schedule seems a bit sporadic, but they’ve got great tips for traveling on the cheap.
Aileen hails from the Philippines and left a corporate job at age 21 to travel full-time. She considers herself a digital nomad, able to work from anywhere with an internet connection. She’s got some great information on how she left her job and became a travel blogger, so if you’re considering it, check that out!
Gemma and Craig have just returned to Scotland after 17 months of travel. Their adventures have taken them all over the Americas and Europe. I was writing my blog from Scotland while they were in the US writing about my homeland! I followed them on Facebook, which is how I found their blog. They seem really fun.
While there are tons of great travel blogs out there, these are the five I follow most closely. What are your favorite travel blogs? Tell me in the comments!
