Big ticket items

The thing about gluten free baking is that it’s far more complicated than regular baking. This means you need some extra gadgets in the kitchen. I’m lucky that I have access to my mom’s kitchen right now – Gluten Free Grandma T has all the fun stuff. However, as soon as I’m back to work full-time, I’ll be heading back out on my own – here’s what I’ll be saving up for! Get any of these for the gluten free cook in your life and they’ll be forever grateful!

Kitchen gifts with a theme

Since it’s hard to find safe and delicious gluten free food out in the world, it’s often easier to just make your own sushi, pizza or cupcakes. Again, this can require some special tools. Make a fun themed gift by giving one of these food-specific sets!

Gluten free snacks

One of the coolest birthday gifts my dad got me recently was a big box of gluten free snacks. From chips to fruit leather, I got to try a bunch of new-to-me foods. If you’ve got a newly diagnosed celiac in your life, this is a great way to help them see what’s out there!

A good read

There’s nothing like reading a book that just gets you. Here’s some reading material for the gluten free person in your life.

You could do a lot better than the mixer you recommend. In fact I’m selling mine (under powered for large dough) and getting something else.
